CA "World Cup Shootout" Promotion Terms & Conditions
1. TO ENTER the World Cup Shoot out:
o The CA World Cup promotion is organised by Computer Associates Plc. and includes the etrust internet security suite product from CA's current consumer portfolio.
o To participate in any part or all of the CA "World Cup Shoot Out" promotion participants must be a consumer based in Europe, Middle East or Africa or Australia and be eligible according to these terms and conditions.
o CA will not be liable for any customs charges associated with the delivery of prizes.
o CA is not responsible for lost, corrupted or delayed registrations. No correspondence will be entered into regarding either the draw or its terms and conditions.
You can only register your attempts for one country only. Entrants which appear in multiple countries will be disallowed.
i. CA World Cup Shoot Out Promotion
The objective of the game is to score the highest number of goals possible against the goal keeper, as quickly as possible. The game is made up of three levels with the intensity level increase as you go through the game. By becoming one of the highest scorers in each of the countries you will have the opportunity to win one of the following prizes:

25% off Internet Security Suite - valid for 3 months from the end of the promotion
ii. Interactive Game of Skill
Each participant is given the opportunity to play to see how many goals they can score, if the participant misses three times the game will end. On completing the game they will be told their score and asked to enter their name and email address. There will be a high scorer league table on the site so that participants can see what score they have to beat. This high scorer league table will be refreshed in real-time. At the end of the tournament the person with the highest score from each country, will win a PSP and Fifa world cup game. The entrants with the top 5 scores in each country will each receive a free copy of Internet Security Suite R2 (the entrant being bound by the terms of the relevant licence agreement in respect of use of such product) and each entrant will receive a 25% discount off eTrust Internet Security Suite valid for 3 months from the end of the promotion..
2. TIMING: The CA World Cup Shoot Out Promotion runs from 12:0:00 am GMT on 8th June 2006 until 11:59:59 pm on 10th July 2006 (inclusive). All prizes will be sent by recorded delivery within 30 days of the promotion end date.
3. USE OF DATA: Personal data which you provide when you register for the promotion may be used for future CA marketing activity. If you do agree to this use, tick the data protection box on the following website.
Entry constitutes full and unconditional acceptance by the entrant of these terms and conditions.
CA reserves the right to disqualify anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
4. ELIGIBILITY: This promotion is open to any person resident in Europe, Middle East or Africa, is 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of CA or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible, nor are members of these employees' families (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners).
5. Prizes are as stated and are not transferable. There will be no cash alternative available or offered. The promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
6. The winners may be required to become involved in further publicity or advertising.
7. CA will not be responsible for any loss, theft or damage or any other mishap caused to the prize after delivery, this is the responsibility of the recipient.
8. Apart from the entitlement to the prize, the winner has no other rights or claims against CA.
9. In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this competition, the decision of CA shall be final and binding in all respects.
10. Participation in this competition constitutes acceptance of all terms and conditions of the competition.
11. WINNERS LIST: Winners names will be available for a period of 14 days from July 10th 2006. Winners names will be published on the highscore table
